• Delta may be able to dodge some immune systems, but most who have obtained the vaccine will be properly covered.
• Delta has become the most dominant strain, as was predicted by the CDC.
• Pfizer and BioNTech are developing an updated vaccine that specifically targets Delta. Clinical trials should be updated in August.

There have been promising results from those who have gotten a third dose of the original vaccine but neither company has released that data.
